How we work

From intake call to ranked recommendations

This page walks through a typical Pattern Review so you know what happens before you share any request history.

01

Scope and readiness

We confirm which channels produce requests, which weeks you can share, and whether zone labels are consistent enough to map. If exports need cleaning, we say so before work begins.

02

Sample intake

You send anonymised timelines—created, accepted, assigned, completed or cancelled, plus zone labels. We schedule a clarification call only for gaps that block the map.

03

Pattern mapping

We chart peak windows, lag between stages, and zones where density outruns available hours. Incomplete statuses are flagged rather than guessed.

04

Pulse report

You receive a written report with findings and a ranked list of operational adjustments. Recommendations stay inside what a Malaysian ops team can schedule.

05

Clarification session

One follow-up session to walk through questions. Further months of tracking can move into a Monthly Pulse Retainer if useful.

Prefer a shorter path?

Demand Window Mapping and Bottleneck Briefs follow the same intake discipline with a narrower question. See all engagements or write to us with the window you already suspect.
