Data we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, message content, and any optional fields you provide such as engagement interest or available request-history weeks. Server logs may record technical details such as IP address and browser type for security.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry data to respond to your message, prepare estimates, and perform contracted engagements. We process this data because you request a response or because processing is necessary to take steps toward a contract.
Operational records in engagements
Engagement work often involves anonymised service-request timelines. You should remove personal customer identifiers before sharing. If residual personal data appears, we process it only as needed to deliver the engagement and instruct you to remediate exports where possible.

Enquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement files are retained for the period stated in the engagement letter, typically up to 36 months after completion, then deleted or anonymised.
