Descriptions of engagements on this site are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline are confirmed in writing before work begins. Pricing shown is guidance only and does not create a payment obligation until accepted in a written agreement.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials we create remain the property of Service Pulse Core unless a written agreement assigns deliverables to you. Client request data you supply remains yours. Reports delivered under a paid engagement may be used internally by your organisation; redistribution to third parties requires our prior written consent.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing lawful, anonymised operational records and for ensuring you have the right to share them. You must not submit personal data that is unnecessary for the engagement.
